We sell and ship physical goods worldwide. All products are dispatched from Türkiye to international destinations.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive the goods, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
You must notify us within the 14-day period via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form. The burden of proof for exercising the right of withdrawal rests with the consumer.
For customers outside the European Union, returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery as a voluntary commercial policy. AMERKEZ LLC reserves the right to approve or deny return requests at its sole discretion where local consumer protection laws do not mandate otherwise.

This limitation is based on health protection and hygiene regulations and applies worldwide.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Return shipping costs are covered by AMERKEZ LLC only after formal approval of the return request.
Customers must follow the return instructions provided. Failure to comply may result in rejection of the return.
Refunds are processed only after inspection of returned goods.
Approved refunds will be issued via Stripe to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to deduct any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the goods.
No restocking fee applies.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or not collected, return shipping fees, customs charges, duties, and administrative costs may be deducted from the refund.
Refusal to accept delivery does not automatically constitute valid withdrawal.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country.
Failure to pay customs charges that results in return of the shipment may lead to deduction of associated costs from the refund.
Customers must report damaged or incorrect goods within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Claims made after this period may be denied.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or future orders in cases of suspected fraud, abusive return patterns, or bad-faith chargebacks.
Customers agree to contact us for resolution prior to initiating a payment dispute.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMERKEZ LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
